Is COVI an open platform, or is it managed by your team?
From proposal and booking to setup and settlement, a dedicated Ad Master is assigned to each campaign. We provide daily monitoring and hands-on campaign management to ensure KPI achievement.
Are there any restricted industries or advertisers?
Campaigns that violate current laws or contain obscene, violent, frightening, false, or socially inappropriate content cannot be executed.
Industries such as loans, health supplements, alcohol, tobacco, medical services, and gambling may be allowed on a limited basis, provided they comply with relevant regulations set by governing authorities.
Can standard TVC creatives be used?
Yes, TVC creatives can be used. However, in line with our internal policy and product characteristics, we avoid overly conventional ads that focus solely on product exposure.
Which is more effective: short-form or long-form videos?
Since COVI ads are exposed in a content-like format, voluntary viewing by users is essential. As a result, completion rates tend to be high, making long-form creatives particularly effective for delivering brand value.
What metrics are available in the report?
Through the reporting account, you can view the following metrics by day and creative:
- Impressions
- Views (3s / 15s / 30s / quartile-based)
- Landing clicks
- Spend
- Average unit cost
What is the process after final campaign confirmation?
Once you send a booking request via email with final campaign details (period, budget, targeting, etc.), we will check inventory availability and proceed with booking if there are no issues.
When should creatives be delivered?
To ensure smooth review and setup, creatives should be delivered at least two business days before the live date, following the COVI production guidelines.
Same-day delivery is possible in unavoidable situations, but advance notice would be appreciated.
Is there a limit on the number of creatives or creative rotations?
There are no restrictions on the number of creatives or rotation frequency. Weighting by creative can also be freely adjusted.
Is there a minimum spend requirement?
There is no strict minimum spend. However, for initial test campaigns, we recommend a budget of at least KRW 1,000,000 to ensure meaningful data collection.
Is there a cancellation fee if a booking is canceled?
No, there is no separate penalty or cancellation fee.
Is interim settlement available?
Yes, interim settlement is available. In this case, settlement is processed at the official rate, including service volume.
Can exceptions to standard policies be discussed?
