The email addresses posted on this website are protected against unauthorized collection by email harvesting programs or other technical devices. Violators may be subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

1.No person shall collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices from websites where the intention to refuse the collection of email addresses is explicitly stated.
2.No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
3.No person shall use email addresses for information transmission if they know that such addresses are prohibited from collection, sale, or distribution under Paragraphs 1 and 2.
